ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 1. Overview ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Block Bouncer is a very fun game for one player. The rules of Block Bouncer can
be somewhat hard to grasp, but you'll soon find the learning period rewarding!
The object of Block Bouncer is to locate a number of blocks ( ) on a grid. You
will track down the blocks by sending "beams" from the sides of the grid.

ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 4. Beams and Markers ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
o When a beam is pointing right at a hidden block, it's called a hit and will
be marked with a symbol pointing in either direction.
o A beam cannot pass a hidden block right next to the beam. Instead, the beam
will deflect 90 degrees from the closest corner of the hidden block. If the
beam is going on the left side, it will deflect to the left and vice versa.
o If a beam exits on the same position as it was sent, it's called a reflection
and will be marked with a symbol pointing in either direction.

A series of deflections make the impression of neither hits, reflections nor
deflections:

ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 5. Scoring ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
The scoring in Block Bouncer is simple. The fewer markers you need to locate
the blocks, the better.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 6. Strategy and Hints ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
o If you get a reflection at one side of the board, there must be a block at
the closest square next to the beam.
o If a beam goes right over to the opposite side, you can be almost certain
that there are no blocks on that row and the rows closest to that.
o Don't make any unnecessary guesses. To master Block Bouncer you must place
your beams strategically and wisely.
You can customize the color of the board by using drag-and-drop from the color
palette into the board. Change the background color by using normal
drag-and-drop. Change the foreground color (the lines) by using drag-and-drop
with the Ctrl Key pressed down.
